Processing Time

At E Class Aroma Collection, each order is carefully prepared to ensure quality and accuracy before it leaves our facility.

All orders require 24–48 business hours for processing and fulfillment.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Expedited Processing & Shipping

For customers needing faster delivery, we offer expedited options at checkout:

  • Next Day Shipping

  • Overnight Shipping

Orders with expedited shipping selected are prioritized and processed as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines are still subject to carrier schedules and cut-off times.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Carrier delays are outside of our control once the package has been dispatched

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real time.

Shipping Responsibility

We are committed to ensuring your order is carefully packaged and dispatched in excellent condition. After your package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for transit times and delivery lies with the shipping provider.
