To preserve product integrity and hygiene, we do not offer refunds.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Personal scent preference or expectation

  • Incorrect selection at checkout

  • Delays once an order has been processed and dispatched

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before completing their order.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer an exchange only in the rare event that your item arrives:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part

To initiate an exchange request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photo or video documentation of the issue

All items must remain unused and in original condition where applicable.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item. If unavailable, a comparable product of equal value will be provided.

Care in Transit

If your order is affected during shipping, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue swiftly and seamlessly.

When an exchange is approved due to damage or error on our part, replacement shipping will be covered by us.
